6.2 Rebuild Images

Restricts which operating system images customers may choose in the Client Area’s **Rebuild** dialog. Select one or more images in the multi-select field, or leave it empty to offer every public Linode distribution.

Note: This restricts the Rebuild dialog only. The image a *new* service is deployed with comes from Section 6.1, or from the Operating System configurable option when one is enabled.

Important: The whitelist is enforced server-side as well as in the picker, so a crafted request cannot deploy an image you deliberately withheld.
