11.4 Rebuild

Redeploys the instance from a chosen operating system image with a new root password. The dialog warns that every disk and configuration profile will be destroyed, and the action is confirmed a second time before it runs. Only images allowed by the Rebuild Images whitelist (Section 6.2) are offered.
