4. Module Activation
Linode (Akamai Cloud) is a server module with no addon component, so there is no entry under **System Settings → Addon Modules** to activate. The module becomes active as soon as you configure a server connection and assign the module to a product.
- Log in to the WHMCS Admin Area.
- Add and configure a Linode server that uses this module (see Section 5).
- Create or edit a product that uses the module (see Section 6).
Note: The module’s database tables (whmp_lnd_product_settings, whmp_lnd_service_extras, whmp_lnd_theme_variables, whmp_lnd_style_mappings, plus the shared WHMPress licensing tables) are created automatically the first time you add or edit a Linode server, or open a product assigned to the module. No manual SQL is required.
