11.14 NodeBalancers

Lists the account’s NodeBalancers with a pricing reference table. The customer can create one in a chosen region (defaulting to the instance’s own region), edit its label, connection throttle and tags, inspect its VPC configurations, or delete it. The NodeBalancer limit from Section 6.6 is enforced here.
