11.8 IP Addresses

Lists every IPv4 address (public, private, reserved and shared), the IPv6 SLAAC and link-local addresses, any global IPv6 ranges and any VPC addresses. From this page the customer can:

• Update reverse DNS for an address inline — leaving the field empty resets it to Linode’s default;
• Assign IP addresses between Linodes in the same region, adding as many assignment rows as needed;
• Share IP addresses to configure IP failover — submitting an empty list removes all shared addresses;
• Create an IPv6 range (/56 or /64) routed to this instance or to one of its SLAAC addresses.
