1. Introduction

Linode (Akamai Cloud) For WHMCS is a server/provisioning module that connects WHMCS to the official Linode API v4. It provisions Linode compute instances directly from WHMCS when an order is paid, keeps their lifecycle in step with the WHMCS service (suspend, unsuspend, terminate, upgrade), and gives your customers a self-service area for managing their instance — power controls, rebuilds, backups, snapshots, disks, images, volumes, NodeBalancers, IP addresses, configuration profiles, event history and performance graphs.
