6. Additional Information

Authentication is by API key, sent with every request. Keys are unique per reseller and can be reset at any time by the reseller or by regenerating from the Resellers tab.

Requests are rejected with a clear error when the key is invalid, the calling IP is not whitelisted, the action is not permitted for the group, or the TLD is not enabled for the group.

Registrations, transfers and renewals are charged against the reseller’s WHMCS credit balance. Insufficient credit stops the action.

Domains ordered through the API are created under the reseller’s own client account in your WHMCS, so they appear in your normal billing and domain lists.

New clients are assigned to the Default Reseller Group automatically. Deleting a client removes their reseller record, whitelisted IPs and API logs.

The module stores its data in tables prefixed whmp_dr_, created automatically on activation.

The module checks for a new version once a day and updates itself automatically while the licence is active. Your uploaded branding in the assets folder is preserved across updates.
